WHERE WE SHIP

Egypt, nationwide. We don't ship internationally yet.

COST AND TIMING

Standard delivery is E£118 and takes 3-5 business days.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery is available across Egypt. Our courier calls before delivering, so please make sure the phone number on your order is one you answer. Have the exact amount ready - couriers don't always carry change.

TRACKING

You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If the courier can't reach you after reasonable attempts, the parcel comes back to us. We'll get in touch to arrange a second attempt, and a further delivery charge may apply.

DELAYS

We dispatch on time wherever we can, but once a parcel is with the courier the timing is out of our hands. If something looks stuck, email prymeworldd@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
