ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order - for example if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you get a full refund.

PRICES

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include any applicable tax. Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but never after we've accepted your order.

PAYMENT

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery orders are paid in full to the courier when your parcel arrives.

PRODUCTS

We photograph our garments as accurately as we can, but colours can look different from screen to screen. Sizes are as listed - if you're unsure, email us before you order and we'll help.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to copy our content. All text, photography, logos and designs on this site belong to PRYME.

LIABILITY

We're responsible for delivering the goods you ordered, in the condition described. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, or under any other law that can't be waived by agreement.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
